Hoping mine come to me in pristine condition !

The concept and execution is pretty awesome. B&T is known for innovation and quality and the USW does not disappoint. However, the one knock is on the packaging. This is for both B&T AG and B&T Parts. The cardboard box the USW is packaged in by B&T AG does little to protect the components and the careless packaging by B&T Parts exacerbated the situation. This caused excessive wear and marks to the finish during shipping. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, but wish B&T packaged and shipped their products better.

Awesome product. Wasn’t too bad installing. High quality materials and attention to detail. Was initially concerned with the front screw backing out based on reviews. This seems to be a newer version and has a detent that prevents the screw from backing out. Very happy and a big fan of B&T.

Top notch quality, as can be expected from B&T. Packaging needs improvement, the small bits don't stay in their designated spots in the box, and get toss around in the box. The locking pin on the retaining screw is a welcome improvement.

Good quality and assembles well. Took 9 weeks to arrive.
