Stocking Products - Products with the in-stock availability ship within 1-2 business days. In some cases surges in demand will delay shipment, or stock may run out before shipment. In this case a customer will be offered a refund or an option to place a backorder..

Backorders - These products are in current production, and will ship at a later date. Occasionally there are delays at B&T AG which make the shipping time extend longer. Orders cancelled due to extended delivery dates or if you find it at another retailer are still subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted.

FOB Shipping Point: Buyer will be responsible for goods from the shipping point. B&T USA | BT-Parts.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Customer is responsible for filling claim with shipping carrier unless Package Protection from Route was purchased - see below on how to make a claim with Route.

We've partnered with Route - a package protection and tracking solution - to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protections to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen or damaged while in transit.

Route's dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

  • Lost - stuck in transit: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
  • Stolen - marked as delivered: The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
  • Damaged: The issue must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item(s) no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
