METHODS WE COMMONLY EMPLOY ARE (I) POSTING ON THIS OR ANOTHER PAGE OF THE APPLICABLE DIGITAL PLATFORM AND/OR (II) EMAILING TO ANY EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US. CHANGES TO THE TERMS SHALL BE DEEMED EFFECTIVE AS OF THEIR STATED EFFECTIVE OR MODIFICATION DATE.

YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE MOST-RECENT VERSION OF THESE TERMS WHENEVER YOU USE, CREATE, REGISTER WITH OR LOG INTO AN ACCOUNT ON OR THROUGH A DIGITAL PLATFORM. SIMILARLY, YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO THE MOST-RECENT VERSION OF THESE TERMS WHENEVER YOU VISIT, ACCESS, REGISTER WITH, SUBSCRIBE TO OR USE A DIGITAL PLATFORM OR SERVICE; AND YOUR CONTINUING VISIT, ACCESS, REGISTRATION WITH, SUBSCRIPTION TO OR USE OF ANY OF THE FORGOING REAFFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT IN EACH INSTANCE.

IF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IS FURTHER EVIDENCED BY YOUR AFFIRMATIVE ASSENT TO THE SAME (E.G., BY A “CHECK THE BOX” ACKNOWLEDGMENT PROCEDURE), THAT AFFIRMATIVE ASSENT IS THE EQUIVALENT OF YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE TO THESE TERMS.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN ITS ENTIRETY, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT VISIT, ACCESS, REGISTER WITH, SUBSCRIBE TO OR USE ANY DIGITIAL PLATFORM OR SERVICE.

 

Pricing

We strive to provide the latest and most accurate pricing to our customers via our website. Occasionally, we make a mistake - in most cases, we will do our best to do right by our customers, but we reserve the right to nullify a sale if a listed price was egregiously wrong or obviously a mistake. All prices displayed are in US currency. 

Returns

Returns are not accepted. 

Order Cancellation

All cancelled orders (Including Items On Backorder) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Shipping

Stocking Products - Products with the availability "Stocking Product" will ship within 48- business hours. 

By Order Products - These products are in current production and are expected to ship in 4-8 weeks. Occasionally there are delays at B&T AG which make the shipping time extend longer. Orders cancelled due to extended delivery dates or if you find it at another retailer are still subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.

10. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other third-party users of our websites or social media platforms. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of B&T USA, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit.
