Pricing

Returns
Returns are not accepted.
Order Cancellation
All cancelled orders (Including Items On Backorder) are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
Shipping
Stocking Products - Products with the availability "Stocking Product" will ship within 48- business hours.
By Order Products - These products are in current production, and are expected to ship in 4-8 weeks. Occasionally there are delays at B&T AG which make the shipping time extend longer. Orders cancelled due to extended delivery dates or if you find it at another retailer are still subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
