The M14/M1A variant uses a proprietary mount that secures to the front sight post and fits over the existing flash hider for tooless installation. This suppressor takes full advantage of our reduced back pressure (RBS) technology and features a low-pressure chamber design to absorb a substantial amount of gas, thereby reducing back pressure. This design significantly minimizes, and in some cases, eliminates excess gas pressure at the charging handle and ejection port locations — there- by significantly minimizing potential respi- ratory problems caused by the inhalation of exhaust gases — all while providing industry-leading sound and flash signature reduction, comparable to the proven B&T ROTEX-V suppressors, making the RBS a top choice for assault rifles and machine guns.
