The B&T Print-X VERS36 Ti is our modular, multi-caliber titanium suppressor, offering two configurations in one versatile design. Manufactured from 100% titanium using advanced 3D-printing and laser bed fusion technology, it features a removable front section that allows shooters to choose between a shorter, lighter setup and a full-length configuration. Rated for calibers up to .360, the VERS36 Ti incorporates our Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) and HUB-style mounting compatibility. Both configurations are full-auto rated, with overall lengths ranging from 4.9 to 6.9 inches and weights from 7.4 to 11.3 ounces, making it a flexible option for compatible pistols, submachine guns, and rifles.

Two Configurations, One Modular Suppressor

The VERS36 Ti features a two-piece design with a removable front section, allowing its overall length and weight to be adjusted for different shooting applications.

Removing the front section creates a shorter, lighter configuration, while the complete assembly provides the full-length setup. This gives shooters two physical configurations within a single suppressor.

A 3D-Printed Titanium Suppressor with Reduced Backpressure

We manufacture the VERS36 Ti entirely from titanium using laser bed fusion, an additive manufacturing process that enables its advanced internal construction.

The suppressor incorporates our Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) baffle design, engineered to manage gas pressure during suppressed firing.

Its 1.7-inch diameter and lightweight titanium construction provide a compact profile across both configurations.

Multi-Caliber Suppressor Ratings and Minimum Barrel Lengths

The VERS36 Ti is rated for calibers up to .360, including .223 Remington / 5.56 NATO, .308 Winchester / 7.62 NATO, .300 Winchester Magnum, .338 Lapua Magnum, and .350 Legend.

Minimum barrel length requirements for supported rifle calibers are:

.223 Rem / 5.56 NATO: 10-inch minimum barrel

.308 Win / 7.62 NATO: 16-inch minimum barrel

.338 Lapua Magnum: 18-inch minimum barrel

.300 Win Mag: 20-inch minimum barrel

Important: Use on firearms with barrels shorter than 10 inches may result in increased erosion during sustained high rates of fire.

Durability Tested for Demanding Applications

The VERS36 Ti successfully completed six cycles of SOCOM Reliability Stress Testing, with each cycle consisting of eight 30-round magazines.

This testing demonstrates the durability of its titanium construction under demanding firing conditions.

HUB Mounting and Included Components

The VERS36 Ti is compatible with HUB-style mounting systems and includes two direct-thread adapters and two end caps.
