At just 5 inches long and weighing 8.6 ounces, the 556 Print-XH RBS SC (Ti) Suppressor (XH-556 SC) features a subcompact design built around a 3D-printed titanium body and 718 Inconel blast baffle. Developed for 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem firearms, it incorporates our Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) and a low-flash endcap.

Subcompact Hybrid Construction

The XH-556 SC combines titanium and 718 Inconel in a weldless, 3D-printed configuration. Its gray Type 2 anodized finish, 1.75-inch diameter and 5-inch overall length distinguish it from the full-size XH-556.

Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)

Our RBS design addresses gas blowback and changes in bolt speed. The system limits bolt speed increases to less than 2%, while the low-flash endcap is designed to reduce visible muzzle flash.

Testing and Design Details

The XH-556 SC underwent SOCOM burn-down testing consisting of 240 rounds across 95 cycles, totaling 22,800 rounds.

The suppressor is rated for full-auto use and has no barrel length restrictions. It features a HUB-compatible mounting interface with 1.375x24 TPI threading and wrench flats. A RAID taper mount and muzzle device are included.
