Built with a 3D-printed titanium body and a 718 Inconel blast baffle, the 556 RBS Print-XH Ti Suppressor (XH-556) features a hybrid, weldless construction designed for 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem firearms. The design incorporates our Reduced Backpressure System (RBS) and a low-flash endcap.

Hybrid Titanium and Inconel Construction

The 3D-printed titanium body is paired with a 718 Inconel blast baffle engineered for exposure to high-temperature gases. This hybrid construction combines two distinct materials in a weldless design, with an overall weight of 10.5 ounces.

Reduced Backpressure System (RBS)

Our RBS technology is designed to address gas blowback and changes in bolt speed. The system limits bolt speed increases to less than 2%, with testing on M4 carbines showing approximately 1.9%. A low-flash endcap is incorporated into the design to reduce visible muzzle flash and sparking.

Testing and Construction Details

The XH-556 underwent SOCOM burn-down testing consisting of 240 rounds across 95 cycles, totaling 22,800 rounds. The suppressor has no barrel length restrictions and is designed for full-auto use.

The XH-556 measures 7.1 inches long with a diameter of 1.75 inches. It features a gray Type 2 anodized finish, a HUB-compatible mounting interface with 1.375x24 TPI threading, and wrench flats. A RAID taper mount and muzzle device are included.
