Have this in my 11.5 carbine-gassed and makes it shoot as soft as if not softer than some mid-gassed rifles I've tried. Really would like to see a shorter one for PDW-sized options like the SB Tactical HBPDW brace!

I built an ar in 9mm. It was miserable to shoot with a standard buffer. This B&T hydraulic buffer has transformed the gun. Recoil is now half of what I was and operates more smoothly. Fantastic product!!!

As a long-time PCC shooter, I've been searching for a way to tame the recoil of AR9's, which are among the most violent actions out there for 9mm. Depending on configuration, there is 2 to 3 times the recoiling mass of a 556 system, and no delay mechanism (straight blowback). Many novice shooters don't believe this, but these guns recoil harder than some 308 battle rifles. I have a GHM9, Scorpion Evo, Angstadt AR9, Beretta Storm, AKV, etc GHM9 is worlds better than any other blowback because of its hydraulic buffer. I am happy to say that my AR9 is now comparable to my GHM9! Even running NATO ammunition suppressed (very high bolt speed), it's still keeps the recoil very very low and smooth. This is absolutely a mandatory item for anyone building an AR-based pcc, especially if you run suppressed or ever use +p. I wish I could purchase this system for my scorpion and Beretta storm.
